Tim Senden interviewed Mirjam de Bruijn about the military coup in Niger. In the article, Mirjam explains how the current situation in Niger resembles coups in Mali and Burkina Faso, where social media usage contributed to the exacerbartion of  anti-French and pro-Russian sentiments on amongst others TikTok and X (formerly Twitter).
